Purchase a home
Rent the home out to someone who’s looking for a place to live.
If your mortgage payment is $2,000 a month, and as a landlord you charge $2,500 a month, once your tenant pays the rent and you make your mortgage payment you will earn $500 per month in positive cash flow. The more homes you purchase and rent out, the greater your monthly passive income. For example, two homes with $500 each in passive income nets you $1,000 month. Three homes will net you $1,500. $1,500 a month for 12 months generates: $18,000 annually.
Did you know you could generate the same $18,000 in annual income by trading in the stock market? Not only that, but you could do so without the expense of having to purchase real estate and find tenants. In your online trading account you purchase a stock that is upward trending.
